Why I Founded The Best Injector

Building the Practice I Always Believed Patients Deserved

When I founded The Best Injector, it wasn’t because I wanted to own a medical spa.

It was because I wanted to create the type of patient experience I believed should exist.

Throughout my career as a Physician Assistant, I developed a deep appreciation for the importance of listening carefully, educating patients, and making thoughtful medical decisions. As my passion for aesthetic medicine grew, I realized I wanted to build a practice where those same principles remained at the center of every patient interaction.

The Best Injector was created with a simple philosophy:

Every patient deserves individualized care, honest recommendations, and natural-looking results guided by anatomy rather than trends.

Medicine Has Always Been My Foundation

Long before aesthetic medicine became my specialty, I was trained to think like a medical provider.

Every patient presents with unique anatomy, medical history, goals, and circumstances.

Medicine teaches us to evaluate first.

Listen first.

Educate first.

Treat thoughtfully.

That clinical foundation continues to guide every consultation I perform today.

Whether someone is interested in Botox®, dermal fillers, Sculptra®, or another treatment, my approach always begins with understanding the individual—not simply the procedure.

A Boutique Practice Allows Personalized Care

One of the decisions I made early in building my practice was to remain intentionally boutique.

Rather than creating a high-volume environment, I wanted patients to feel that they had time to ask questions, understand their options, and participate in developing a treatment plan.

Appointments should never feel rushed.

Consultations should never feel transactional.

Every patient deserves individualized attention.

That philosophy continues to shape every aspect of the practice today.

Natural Results Have Always Been the Goal

One of the reasons patients seek out my practice is because they want subtle, natural-looking results.

I have never believed aesthetic medicine should erase facial identity or dramatically change someone’s appearance.

Instead, I believe cosmetic treatments should enhance confidence while preserving the unique characteristics that make each patient recognizable.

Looking refreshed should always feel more important than looking different.

Education Shapes Every Recommendation

My commitment to continuing education has become one of the defining characteristics of my practice.

Throughout my career I have pursued advanced anatomy education, hands-on mentorships, cadaver anatomy training, national conferences, and ongoing study because medicine continues to evolve.

Every course completed ultimately benefits the patients I care for.

Learning has never been about collecting certificates.

It has always been about becoming a better clinician.

Anatomy Guides Every Decision

One of the principles that defines my approach is that anatomy always comes before product selection.

Rather than asking which filler or neurotoxin someone wants, I begin by understanding facial proportions, skeletal support, muscle movement, skin quality, and the aging process.

Only after evaluating those factors do I develop an individualized treatment plan.

Beautiful results begin with thoughtful assessment—not the syringe.

Building Relationships, Not Transactions

One of the most rewarding aspects of aesthetic medicine is watching patients return over months and years.

Long-term relationships create continuity.

They allow treatment plans to evolve naturally as anatomy changes and goals develop.

Patients become increasingly comfortable asking questions, exploring options, and making informed decisions without pressure.

For me, those relationships are one of the most meaningful parts of practicing aesthetic medicine.

Why the Name “The Best Injector”

The name The Best Injector has never been about claiming perfection.

To me, it represents a commitment to continually pursuing excellence.

It reflects a mindset of lifelong learning, continual improvement, honest communication, anatomy-based care, and treating every patient with the same level of attention I would want for my own family.

Being “the best” is not a destination.

It is a commitment to never becoming complacent.

My Vision for the Future

As aesthetic medicine continues to evolve, so will my practice.

I plan to continue investing in:

  • Advanced education
  • Facial anatomy
  • Patient safety
  • Injector education
  • Evidence-based medicine
  • New technologies that improve patient care

While techniques and products may change, my philosophy will remain the same.

Patients deserve individualized care delivered with integrity, education, and respect.

Clinical Insight from Lianne Hahn

“If there’s one thing I hope every patient feels after leaving my office, it’s confidence—not because they look like someone else, but because they still recognize themselves. Building this practice has always been about helping people feel their best while preserving the features that make them uniquely who they are.”

My Philosophy

The Best Injector was never built around procedures.

It was built around people.

Every consultation.

Every recommendation.

Every treatment plan.

Every follow-up.

Every educational opportunity.

Each one reflects the same commitment that inspired me to create the practice in the first place:

Provide thoughtful, individualized care that prioritizes anatomy, education, honesty, and natural-looking results.

Conclusion

Founding The Best Injector allowed me to create the kind of aesthetic practice I always envisioned.

A place where patients feel heard.

Where consultations are educational.

Where anatomy guides every decision.

Where continuing education never stops.

Where natural results matter more than trends.

And where every patient is treated as an individual—not a procedure.

That vision continues to guide my practice every single day.
